Premier at London's Sinfonia Smith Square, March 22nd 2027
Continuum is delighted to announce that we’ve signed with Convivium Records to release our debut album, Songs of Farewell, in spring 2027. Convivium’s commitment to championing outstanding classical artists makes them our ideal partner as we take this major step forward.
The partnership will be marked with the premiere of our album at London’s Sinfonia Smith Square on 22nd March 2027, as part of their Holy Week Festival. It’s a privilege to share this music in such an iconic London venue, in a programme that spans centuries of British choral tradition and culminates in Parry’s Songs of Farewell.
Tickets will be available from mid-November. For now, we invite you to save the date and join our mailing list for updates.
Harry Guthrie, Artistic Director, says: “This music brings together voices, texts and traditions that have shaped British choral music for generations. To release our album with Convivium Records and to premiere it at Sinfonia Smith Square is the perfect beginning for Continuum’s next chapter.”
We extend our warmest thanks to everyone who made our album possible, especially those who supported our Crowdfunder, and to Professor Eric Nye for his generous contribution.
