Sue is an experienced educational leader, having served as a headteacher for almost 20 years, in the UK and overseas, and now working as an educational trainer and consultant. An experienced school governor, from 2023-24 she was also Chair of HMC and in 2025 she won the TES Independent Headteacher of the Year award.’
